Arklow Community Excellence ("ACE") is a free, volunteer-run community directory for Arklow, Co. Wicklow. By using this website you agree to these terms.

• Listings are free and open to registered charities, voluntary groups, sports clubs, community organisations, and non-profits operating in or around Arklow.
• Commercial businesses, political parties, and for-profit enterprises are not eligible.
• All submissions are reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to reject or remove listings at our discretion.
• You are responsible for ensuring the information in your listing is accurate and up to date.
• By submitting a listing, you grant ACE a non-exclusive licence to display the provided information and images on this website.

You must not use ACE to:

• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information.
• Infringe any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system.
• Submit spam or automated bot requests.

ACE makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currency of information in listings. Organisation details are provided by the organisations themselves. Always contact an organisation directly to confirm current details before relying on them.

The ACE website design, branding, and non-listing content are owned by Arklow Community Excellence. Organisation names, logos, and descriptions remain the property of the respective organisations.

ACE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on any listing.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of ACE after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
